Product Description

The IHI CCH50T is a compact and versatile telescopic crawler crane engineered for lifting in constrained environments such as narrow roads, urban sites, or sensitive grounds. With a lifting capacity of up to 4.8 tons at a 2.0-meter working radius and full 360-degree swing capability, the crane offers efficient and stable operation in tight spaces. It’s designed with an emphasis on maneuverability and environmental compatibility, making it a go-to choice for operations where larger cranes cannot be deployed.

The boom system supports a maximum lifting height of 12.2 meters with an 80-meter wire rope, or up to 22.2 meters with 120 meters of rope. Boom hoisting occurs within 14.5 seconds across a working angle range of -2.5° to 73°, while extension to the full 8 meters takes approximately 11.5 seconds. The hoisting speed on the third layer of rope reaches 56 meters per minute, and the swing system rotates at a steady 2.6 rpm.

A key feature of the CCH50T is its use of rubber crawler tracks, which offer excellent traction on rough or soft ground while also being gentle enough for finished surfaces such as concrete or asphalt—avoiding surface damage that steel tracks might cause. The crane travels at a maximum speed of 2.7 km/h and can handle slopes up to 40% (22°), aided by its low ground bearing pressure of approximately 0.47 kg/cm².

Powering the CCH50T is an ISUZU 4BD1 diesel engine delivering 77 PS at 2200 rpm, with a maximum torque of 25.0 kg•m at 1400 rpm. The engine is paired with a 110-liter fuel tank, providing efficient operation across work cycles.

Weighing in at approximately 7,970 kg with a 4–8 meter boom installed, the IHI CCH50T is lightweight for its class but doesn’t sacrifice lifting performance or operator comfort. It’s designed to meet modern environmental standards while delivering reliable performance in diverse jobsite conditions.
