XCMG XGC25T
The XCMG XGC25T is a 25-ton class telescopic crawler crane equipped with a five-section boom extending up to 30.5 meters and a jib reaching 13 meters, delivering compact mobility with excellent lifting power, ideal for confined or rugged job sites.

Product Description
The XCMG XGC25T telescopic crawler crane is a versatile and efficient 25-ton lifting solution designed for demanding applications that require mobility on rough terrain combined with telescopic boom flexibility. With a compact overall length of 12.81 meters and a total weight of 34,050 kg, it maintains excellent transportability and operational stability. The crane is powered by a reliable Dongfeng Cummins QSB6.7-C190 diesel engine, compliant with EU Stage IIIA emission standards, delivering 142 kW at 1,800 rpm. A robust hydraulic system provides precision control for boom operations, slewing, and travel.
The crane’s main boom is a five-section telescopic type, ranging from 9.3 meters to 30.5 meters in length, while the optional jib adds up to 13 meters, resulting in a maximum lifting height of 41.15 meters. The boom system is designed for efficient deployment, with boom raising time at 48 seconds and full extension achieved within 95 seconds. Slewing is managed through a 360° turret rotation with a planetary gearbox, offering a speed range of 0 to 2.5 rpm for smooth operation. Both main and auxiliary winches are capable of line speeds up to 140 m/min, using a 14 mm wire rope with 95 meters standard length and 2.8-ton rated single line pull.
The crane’s tracked undercarriage provides enhanced ground contact and low bearing pressure of 0.056 MPa, ensuring superior off-road performance and reduced impact on soft terrain. The minimum working radius is 3.6 meters, and the maximum load moment reaches 975 kN.m. Operator safety and comfort are emphasized with a fully integrated electronic control system using a CAN-bus network, featuring real-time load moment monitoring, travel alarms, speed regulation, and system diagnostics.
Designed for productivity, maneuverability, and durability, the XGC25T stands out as a reliable choice for lifting operations in industrial, infrastructure, and utility sectors, especially in spaces where mobility and stability are critical.
