Sany SAC2500C7

The Ssany SAC2500C7 is a versatile 250 ton all-terrain crane known for its powerful lifting capabilities and adaptability to various job sites. Its 7-section boom extends up to 73 meters, and a fixed jib of 22 meters is standard, providing strong lifting performance. If needed, the jib can be extended up to 36 meters using two optional 7-meter inserts, allowing for even more significant lifting tasks.

Equipped with an 80-ton full counterweight, the SAC2500C7 ensures stability and strength during lifting operations. Additionally, when traveling between different job sites, it can carry 20.5 tons of counterweight on board, providing added convenience and efficiency.

The crane is built on a 5-axle all-terrain carrier with H-type outriggers and a hydro-pneumatic suspension. Its all-wheel steering with six steering modes enables exceptional maneuverability, with a minimum turning radius of 10 meters, making it suitable for navigating through tight spaces.

The SAC2500C7 is powered by a DF Cummins QSZ13-C525-30 engine, paired with a FAST transmission, Zhuzhou Gear Transfer case, and HanDe axles with disc brakes, ensuring reliable and efficient performance.

The crane features independent hydraulic systems for both the crane and chassis operations. The crane’s hydraulic system includes a variable piston pump, slewing pump, auxiliary pump, and fluid tank, providing higher efficiency and better maneuverability during operations.

For easy maintenance and improved reliability, the crane’s superstructure is equipped with cable wiring rated at IP67. This ensures better protection against environmental elements and enhances the overall system’s reliability.
