The Hitachi ZX135UST mini crawler crane combines compact design with powerful lifting performance, providing a maximum lifting capacity of 4.9 tons at a 3.1-meter radius. The crane is equipped with a five-section telescopic boom that extends smoothly from 4.4 meters to 15.9 meters, delivering a maximum hook height of 16.6 meters when using four-part reeving. A moment limiter with integrated boom extension sensor prevents overloading by automatically stopping unsafe operations and providing real-time digital readouts of rated load, actual load, hook height, working radius, boom length, and boom angle. Additionally, an external load rate indicator lamp shows safe operation status in 10% increments. The working range restriction device allows the operator to preset limits on boom angles, hook height, and maximum working radius; the crane automatically halts motion upon approaching these limits, providing safe and controlled operation near overhead obstructions or structures. An overhoist prevention device further improves operational safety.
