Hitachi ZX75URT

The Hitachi ZX75URT mini crawler crane is engineered for safe and efficient lifting in tight spaces such as urban construction sites, indoor facilities, or areas with overhead restrictions. It offers a maximum rated lifting capacity of 4.9 tons at a 2.1-meter radius, with a maximum hook height of 16.6 meters using four-part reeving. The boom extends hydraulically from 4.1 to 15.9 meters and can be operated at boom angles from -8° to 80°, providing flexible lifting capabilities across various site conditions.

Equipped with an Isuzu CC-4JG1 diesel engine producing 40.5 kW (55 PS) at 2,100 rpm, the ZX75URT achieves travel speeds up to 3.3 km/h. Its compact body and reduced rear swing radius of only 1.36 meters enable precise maneuvering in confined spaces. The main winch offers a rope speed of up to 104 m/min (high mode) and 52 m/min (low mode), with a standard rope length of 160 meters (optionally 120 meters) and 10 mm rope diameter.

Safety is enhanced with a moment limiter system that automatically stops hazardous operations when overload conditions are detected, along with clear digital readouts of rated load, actual load, hook height limits, working radius, boom length, and boom angle. A load rate indicator lamp shows safe operation status in 10% increments. The crane also includes a working range restriction device, allowing operators to preset limits on boom angles, maximum hook height, and working radius, automatically stopping movement when approaching the set parameters. An overwind prevention device further protects against overhoisting.

For operator comfort and safety, the ZX75URT offers excellent visibility, intuitive controls, and rugged construction. Additional safety warnings encourage proper use, including setting the crane in a safe parked position when unattended and requiring licensed operators per Japanese regulations.
