Comansa LCL700

The largest COMANSA luffing-jib crane is currently the LCL700, with a maximum load of 50 or 64 tonnes. With simple manual switchover, the LCL700 can switch its hoist system from a double pull line to a direct pull line and reduce its maximum load to 25 and 32 tonnes, respectively, gaining in hoist speed and productivity.

Product Description

The maximum radius of the LCL700 is 65 metres, with jib lengths every 5 metres down to 30 metres. The maximum reach of both versions is only 4 metres, allowing it to make the best use of the work area on the site. The LCL700 also has an excellent jib radius in ´out of service´ mode of between 20.4 and 16 metres, depending on the maximum reach, making the site safer when the crane is not being operated.

The counter-jib radius is also very small, at only 9.5 metres, which can be reduced to 8.7 metres by assembling the crane with steel counterweights instead of the standard concrete counterweights. Despite its size, the counter-jib has a very spacious distribution, making it very comfortable for operators to perform work and maintenance tasks.

The LCL700 comes ready for quick assembly with factory-installed luffing reevings, reducing assembly work and time on site. The parts are joined with quick mast pin connections; accesses are spacious, comfortable and easy to assemble; and assembly weights are optimal.
