Product Description

The Peiner SK 76 is a German-engineered hammerhead tower crane known for its durable construction and versatile setup options. With a maximum load capacity of 5 tonnes and a maximum hook height of up to 85 meters (depending on tower configuration), it serves a broad range of construction needs, particularly for mid-rise and industrial structures.

The crane offers four primary jib configurations: L1 (30 m), L2 (35 m), L3 (40 m), and L4 (45 m). At its full 45-meter reach, the SK 76 can lift 1.3 tonnes at the tip, with lifting capacities increasing incrementally as the jib shortens. Each jib section is modular, allowing for fine-tuned adjustments on site, and optimized transport in standard lengths.

The SK 76 tower can be built using TS 10 or TS 14 tower sections, with several height combinations that influence foundation forces and setup flexibility. For example, with TS 10.3 tower sections, hook heights can be configured from approximately 5.6 to 50.8 meters. With TS 14.3, this range extends up to 70.8 meters. The crane accommodates both stationary and rail-traveling foundation bases, including the FK 310, FK 410, and FKF 414 models.

The hoisting mechanism includes multiple motor options such as the PU 15-25/3, SR 5-90/3, and FU 17-25/5, providing lifting speeds up to 52 m/min for lighter loads and as low as 3 m/min for full-capacity lifts. Slewing is powered by the SRA 75/4 drive with a slewing speed of 0.75 rpm. The connected power requirements vary between 23 and 25 kW, depending on the motor configuration.

Counterweight requirements vary by jib configuration, ranging from 7,500 kg to 9,450 kg using modular ballast blocks. All components are designed for compact transport and modular assembly, including tower sections, slewing platform, operator cab, and ballast components.

The SK 76 reflects the robust, mechanical reliability of late 20th-century European tower crane design, offering modular adaptability and consistent performance, especially suited for regions or contractors operating legacy fleets or seeking time-tested construction equipment.
