Product Description
The Wolff 7534.16 Clear is a flagship flat-top tower crane introduced by Wolffkran as the most powerful model in its Clear series to date, designed specifically to complete the company’s 315 mt class lineup. It made its debut with the goal of addressing high-capacity lifting requirements in space-constrained and logistically complex urban construction sites. “Easy to assemble, space-saving, powerful and economical,” in the words of Ulrich Dörzbach, Managing Director and Head of R&D at Wolffkran GmbH, the 7534 Clear excels in both performance and practical deployment.
This new trolley jib crane is available in two configurations: the 7534.8 Clear, a fixed double-reeved setup with an 8.5-tonne capacity, and the 7534.16 Clear, capable of switching between 2-fall and 4-fall reeving, offering a maximum capacity of 16.5 tonnes. At a 75-meter radius, the tip load reaches 3.4 tonnes in 2-fall configuration. The modular jib can be extended from 30 meters to 75 meters in 2.5-meter increments, making it suitable for a wide variety of lifting tasks.
The crane is powered by proven hoisting winches—either a 45 kW Hw 845 FU or a 75 kW Hw 875 FU. These frequency-controlled winches offer a hook path of 190 meters and up to 460 meters respectively in 2-fall operation, and speeds up to 185 m/min for partial loads. An automatic power reduction function allows the crane to adapt to weaker or overloaded power sources with ease.
Operator comfort is central to the 7534.16 Clear’s design. The WOLFF Cab features expansive visibility, ergonomic layout, storage, air conditioning, and modern tech such as SD/USB ports, Bluetooth hands-free capability, and a touchscreen interface. WOLFF’s proprietary frequency-controlled hoist drive ensures precise handling, while a well-designed cab platform facilitates both operator access and maintenance communication.
The top-less design enhances vertical crane stacking on dense construction sites. The jib can be assembled entirely in the air—critical for jobsites with limited space for ground assembly or small mobile cranes. Attachments such as the winch, railings, and bracing rods come preassembled on the counterjib. Uniform 2.7-ton concrete counterweights and a quick-release axle system simplify balancing and installation.
From a transport and logistics perspective, the 7534.16 Clear is optimized for container transport. Its two-tier counterjib can fold down or detach to fit on standard trucks, and the hoist winch platform can be separated to reduce transport weight. Despite its XL size, the crane’s modularity supports efficient assembly, disassembly, and relocation.
High-end safety and monitoring features come standard: WOLFFBoost, anti-collision systems, working range limitation, slack rope detection, and BUS-based control architecture are all included. WOLFFLink enables fleet monitoring and remote diagnostics, while galvanized structural components and clean, compact crane-top design enhance durability and serviceability.
The Wolff 7534.16 Clear is not just a top performer in lifting—it sets new benchmarks in assembly, control, operator experience, and urban site suitability. It exemplifies Wolffkran’s engineering ethos of delivering high-capacity cranes without sacrificing mobility or installation efficiency.
