The Liebherr LTM 1100-5.1 all-terrain crane is a robust 100-ton capacity crane, engineered with an advanced feature set for maximum efficiency and safety across various terrains. This crane features a self-manufactured, weight-optimized frame that ensures stability and durability. It is powered by a Liebherr D 9408 TI-E 8-cylinder diesel engine, producing 400 kW (544 hp), and meets stringent EC R-24-03 and EC R-49/03 environmental standards. The crane’s drivetrain includes a 16-speed ZF-AS-TRONIC transmission with an integrated transfer case that enhances mobility, coupled with a hydro-pneumatic suspension that assures smooth transitions over uneven ground.

The superstructure boasts a telescopic boom that can extend up to 52 meters, equipped with a rapid-cycle telescoping system, “Telematik”, for quick and efficient adjustments. This is complemented by a separate 4-cylinder Liebherr D 924 TI-E engine that generates 149 kW (202 hp). Safety is paramount, featuring modern systems like the LICCON safe load indicator and electronic “Load Sensing” controls that provide precision in crane operations.

Optional equipment for the LTM 1100-5.1 includes a swing-away jib adjustable from 10.8 m to 19 m, a telescopic boom extension, and additional counterweights up to 35 tons, allowing for versatile setup configurations tailored to specific lifting needs.
