Product Description
The Fuwa QUY50D crawler crane is designed for versatile lifting operations, with a rated maximum lifting capacity of 50 tonnes. This crane offers a flexible boom system, with the main boom extending from 13 to 52 meters. When paired with a fixed jib that ranges from 9.15 to 15.25 meters, the crane reaches a total length of 67.25 meters, suitable for mid-height construction tasks and other applications that require moderate reach and load capacity.
The QUY50D is powered by a Cummins QSB6.7 diesel engine that delivers 127 kW at 2000 rpm. The crane’s hydraulic system, composed of five pumps, supports operations like hoisting, slewing, and traveling, with precise control facilitated by the electronic proportional valve pilot system. The main winch and auxiliary winch use a 460 mm drum and 20 mm diameter wire rope, achieving speeds of up to 120 m/min. The crane’s boom hoist operates at a speed of 58 m/min, ensuring efficient and precise boom adjustments. The swing system provides 360° rotation at 3.5 rpm, and the travel speed reaches 1.3 km/h, enabling the crane to maneuver smoothly on various job sites.
Designed for durability and stability, the undercarriage features a telescopic lower frame and 760 mm wide track shoes with 118 track links per side. The crane handles a 40% gradeability, allowing it to navigate slopes and rough terrain effectively. The ground bearing pressure is 0.069 MPa, ensuring stability during lifts, while the crane’s total weight is 49.5 tonnes with a counterweight of 16.3 tonnes, offering balanced support for heavy loads.
The QUY50D incorporates essential safety features, including over-hoist prevention devices for the hook and boom, a moment limiter, and an electronic monitoring system that continuously checks operational parameters. The operator’s cab is ergonomically designed with air conditioning, large monitors for real-time data, and other amenities like a rearview mirror and stereo, ensuring comfort and ease of use. The crane’s swing radius is 3200 mm, facilitating efficient operation within confined spaces.
The crane also includes multiple hook blocks with capacities of 50, 15, and 6 tonnes, providing flexibility for various lifting requirements. The QUY50D’s transport dimensions are 7150 mm (L) x 3200 mm (W) x 3200 mm (H), allowing for straightforward transport between job sites. With its powerful engine, advanced hydraulic system, and strong safety features, the QUY50D is well-suited for contractors looking for a reliable, medium-capacity crane that delivers performance and efficiency in construction and industrial projects.
