IHI CCH30T

The IHI CCH30T mini crawler crane is designed for efficient lifting in tight, restricted spaces such as urban construction sites, interior projects, and industrial facilities. Its four-stage telescopic boom extends hydraulically from 3.345 meters to 10.0 meters, delivering a maximum lifting height of 10.9 meters. The crane offers a rated maximum lifting capacity of 2.93 tons at a 1.55-meter working radius, making it ideal for light to medium lifting tasks.

The CCH30T is powered by a Yanmar 3TNE84-1KA diesel engine, producing 19.7 kW (26.8 PS) at 2,400 rpm, with maximum torque of 98 Nm at 1,500 rpm. This 4-cycle, water-cooled engine drives a pair of axial piston pumps and two gear pumps, ensuring smooth, precise hydraulic operation. The hoisting device uses an axial piston hydraulic motor with spur gear two-stage reduction, delivering a rope speed of 72 m/min at the fourth layer and equipped with an 8 mm diameter rope that is 63 meters long. The boom hoist system uses a double-acting direct-push hydraulic cylinder, while the boom elevation operates from -10° to 78°, with an elevation speed of 10 seconds for full range.

Travel speeds reach up to 3.8 km/h (high) and 2.5 km/h (low), with rubber crawlers providing low ground bearing pressure (~35 kPa), reducing site damage and improving stability. The swing system employs a fixed displacement internal gear hydraulic motor and spur gear reduction, providing a swing speed of 2.1 rpm with a wet multi-disk brake.

Safety features on the CCH30T include swing brake, overhoisting prevention device, boom angle indicator, hook wire sling stopper, gate lock lever, hydraulic safety valve, and counterbalance valve, all ensuring safe operation under variable conditions.
