Kobelco CK120UR-3

The Kobelco CK120UR-3 mini crawler crane is built to deliver efficient lifting in restricted or urban work environments, with a maximum rated lifting capacity of 4.9 tons at a 2.5-meter radius. It features a five-section telescopic box-type boom, extending from 4.25 to 14.77 meters, supporting a maximum working radius of 14.01 meters. The crane achieves a maximum above-ground hook height of 15.4 meters and maximum below-ground lift of 24.6 meters using four-part reeving.

Powered by an Isuzu 4LE2XDPC turbocharged direct-injection diesel engine producing 41 kW (56 PS) at 2,000 rpm, the CK120UR-3 offers reliable performance with two travel speeds (1.8 / 3.0 km/h) and a swing speed of 2.1 rpm. The main winch provides a rope speed of 150 m/min (at the fourth layer), using a 10 mm diameter, 113-meter rope. The boom elevation operates smoothly from -1° to 80°, with an elevation speed of 20.5 sec/degree and a full-stroke boom extension time of 10.52 seconds, ensuring fast and precise positioning.

The crane weighs approximately 12,470 kg and features 500 mm wide crawler shoes, delivering low ground pressure (42.6 kPa) for stable operation on varied surfaces. Fuel tank capacity is 95 liters, with a hydraulic oil tank capacity of 83 liters (50 liters internal).

Safety features include a moment limiter system to prevent overload, overwinding prevention, boom angle limiters, and additional safety interlocks for stable and secure lifting. Its compact design, robust engine, and efficient hydraulic system make the CK120UR-3 well-suited for tasks such as utility installation, bridge construction, foundation work, and lifting inside building structures or tight urban sites where precision and maneuverability are crucial.
