Yongmao STT 2200

The Yongmao STT2200 is a heavy-duty topless (flat top) tower crane designed for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. It comes in two configurations – a 100-tonne model and an 80-tonne model – providing flexibility depending on site requirements. With a maximum jib length of 70 metres, the STT2200 offers impressive tip loads of up to 27.2 tonnes for the 100-ton variant and 25.3 tonnes for the 80-ton version.

Its modular mast system supports a freestanding height of up to 92.4 metres, making it suitable for tall building projects without needing additional anchoring. The topless design is especially useful in congested work zones, as it allows for efficient overlap with other cranes and easier assembly due to the absence of a tower head.

The STT2200 features powerful winch systems capable of handling various reeving configurations to support different load classes. Depending on the load, hoisting speeds range from 0–35 m/min for lighter loads up to 0–10 m/min for full-capacity lifts. Rope capacity reaches up to 640 metres, with extensions available for specific project needs.

Slewing is smooth and controlled with four 15 kW motors, delivering a slewing speed of up to 0.3 rpm. The trolley system provides speeds up to 38 m/min, enabling quick hook positioning across the full jib length. The crane is powered by a 380V electrical supply and requires up to 360 kVA of installed power.
