Product Description

The Huba H5015 tower crane is engineered for versatility and performance in urban and high-rise construction. It is equipped with a maximum jib length of 50 meters (approximately 164 feet), allowing it to handle a wide operating radius. The crane can lift up to 6 metric tons (6.6 US tons) at a 15-meter (49.2 ft) radius and 1.5 tons (1.65 US tons) at the tip radius of 50 meters.

Its maximum free-standing height is approximately 40 meters (131.2 ft), with climbing capabilities through anchorage configurations extending the height under hook up to 140 meters (459.3 ft) as needed. The crane is available with three base configurations: base ballast, traveling chassis, and fixed stationary support. Each offers a stable foundation for different job site demands.

The hoisting mechanism features two types: 24PQC15 and 24YQY15, both powered by 24 kW motors. These support 2-fall and 4-fall reeving, with line speeds ranging from 0 to 80 meters per minute (262 ft/min) and lifting capacities from 1.5 to 6 metric tons (1.65 to 6.6 US tons), depending on configuration. The slewing system operates at speeds up to 0.65 rpm, while the trolley mechanism travels up to 58 m/min (190 ft/min).

Support systems include a slewing reducer model RCY95 with 95 Nm torque and a variable-speed trolley drive (BTW75) delivering 75 Nm. Hoisting speeds and torque levels are tailored for both performance and safety, aided by precision load monitoring. The crane also comes with optional anchoring kits that allow it to reach operational heights up to 140 meters.

The H5015’s robust steel structure and dependable Chinese-manufactured components make it a dependable choice for high-rise concrete construction, commercial tower work, and infrastructure projects that demand long reach and medium-to-heavy lifting.
