Liu Gong LTC100L4-1

The LiuGong LTC100L4-1 truck crane is a 10-ton class mobile crane that reflects LiuGong’s engineering focus on compactness, ease of transport, and operational agility. It features a four-section main boom with a maximum length of 28.1 meters, supporting a wide range of lifting operations with a maximum working radius of up to 26 meters. Its outrigger span measures 5.7 meters laterally and 4.7 meters longitudinally, offering stable lifting performance in restricted spaces. The crane also supports a 1-ton counterweight for added stability.

The LTC100L4-1 is designed with a recessed rooftop cab, contributing to a lower overall machine height and enhancing transportation and clearance flexibility. The vehicle’s structure is tightly arranged, reducing its overall length and improving maneuverability in narrow or congested job sites.

Powering the crane is a Yuchai diesel engine paired with a synchronized 8-speed manual transmission from Fast Gear (法士特), providing smooth gear transitions, fuel economy, and reliable road performance. The crane’s hydraulic system has undergone a full-scale upgrade, improving responsiveness and operational efficiency in terms of boom extension, amplitude changes, and slewing operations.

For improved operator comfort, the crane is equipped with an air-conditioned cab. The slewing mechanism employs a low-speed, high-torque planetary gearbox with large-diameter slewing bearings, ensuring smoother rotational movements, particularly under load.

With a maximum lifting weight of 10,000 kg and a fully extended main boom length of 28,100 mm, the LTC100L4-1 is well-suited for utility, industrial, and municipal projects where compact design and dependable lifting performance are key.
