Fuwa FWX135

The Fuwa FWX135 crawler crane, launched at Bauma China 2012, represents Fuwa’s advancements in crawler crane technology, replacing the QUY150 in their lineup. With a maximum lifting capacity of 135 tonnes at a 5-meter radius, the FWX135 is designed to handle various lifting tasks in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The crane offers a maximum boom length of 75 meters, providing substantial reach and flexibility on-site. Additionally, the FWX135 can be fitted with a luffing jib, which extends its operational capabilities by combining up to 48.5 meters of main boom with a 49-meter jib, allowing for a total combination of 97.5 meters.

The FWX135 series is part of Fuwa’s updated FWX range, developed over two and a half years as a part of their strategy to modernize and expand their lattice boom crawler crane offerings. This range is designed to replace Fuwa’s previous QUY models, particularly those at the lower end of the capacity spectrum, up to the QUY 250. With these new cranes, Fuwa aims to deliver enhanced performance, reliability, and ease of operation for global customers.

The FWX135 is equipped with a counterweight system totaling 53.5 tonnes, which ensures stability and safety during lifts. The crane’s design emphasizes flexibility and ease of transport, reflecting Fuwa’s commitment to offering state-of-the-art lifting solutions. The FWX135’s versatile boom and jib configurations make it adaptable for diverse applications, whether it’s for construction, infrastructure development, or other industrial uses.
