Product Description

The SANY SCC3200 crawler crane is built to handle demanding lifting tasks across construction, energy, and infrastructure projects. With a maximum lifting capacity of 320 tons and a lifting moment of up to 1792 t·m (128×14), it provides the robust performance required for large-scale lifting operations. The crane’s main boom spans from 18 to 84 meters and can be configured with a luffing jib to form a maximum reach of 66.7 meters for the main boom and 66 meters for the luffing jib, totaling an impressive 132.6 meters. The main boom operates with a variable offset angle between 30° and 85°, while the luffing jib offers a variable range of 12° to 79°, ensuring flexibility in various site conditions.

Powering the SCC3200 is the American Cummins QSM11 engine, a four-stroke, turbocharged, air-to-air intercooled diesel engine delivering a rated power of 298 kW at 2100 rpm. The engine complies with Tier 3 emission standards and is supported by a 600-liter fuel tank, offering both power and compliance for international use.

The crane is engineered for smooth and precise hoisting, with main and auxiliary winches reaching speeds up to 144 m/min, while the luffing winch achieves up to 48 m/min. The main boom winch (for luffing) operates at 0–35 m/min (×2), enhancing lifting speed and responsiveness. Its slewing speed is adjustable up to 1.4 rpm, and its traveling system supports a speed range from 0 to 1.26 km/h or 0.47 km/h depending on terrain. It can navigate slopes greater than 15%, making it highly maneuverable even on uneven ground.

The entire upper and lower driving systems are independently driven, with each crawler track powered by a separate reducer and motor, enabling agile and stable travel. The crane features a 7.6-meter wide undercarriage, offering excellent stability for lifting operations. Transport is streamlined with a maximum transport weight per component of 58 tons and transport dimensions of 12,350 × 3,400 × 3,350 mm, allowing for flexible logistics.

From a structural standpoint, the SCC3200 uses high-strength steel for both the main and luffing booms, incorporating modular and pinned connections for faster assembly. The booms feature rope grooves and anti-twist mechanisms to ensure smooth and layered spooling, with main and auxiliary winches sized at 640 mm and 592 mm drum diameters respectively.

Its electric control system integrates sensors, EC-compliant controls, and CAN-BUS architecture, supporting remote diagnostics, safety alerts, and real-time data monitoring. The hydraulic system uses load-sensitive valves with pressure outputs up to 31.4 MPa, delivering responsive and energy-efficient operations.

The SCC3200 also boasts robust safety systems, including load moment limiters, anti-rollover systems, automatic slewing brake engagement, and real-time fault diagnostics. The operator’s cab is ergonomically designed with sound insulation, high visibility, and air conditioning, ensuring operator comfort and control precision even in challenging environments.

Overall, the SANY SCC3200 represents a reliable and powerful solution for medium-to-heavy lifting needs, balancing structural strength, advanced hydraulic and control systems, and compliance with international environmental and safety standards.
