Zoomlion ZCC11000 Crawler Crane

Product Description

The Zoomlion ZCC11000 is a high-capacity crawler crane engineered for the modern heavy-lift industry, with particular strength in energy, petrochemical, and infrastructure construction. With a maximum rated lifting capacity of 800 tonnes and a lifting moment of 11,104 tonne-meters, it sits among the most capable cranes in Zoomlion’s crawler lineup. Its modular design supports a broad array of boom combinations, making it adaptable for everything from power plant construction to 5MW-class wind turbine erection.

At the heart of its performance is a highly versatile boom system offering seven primary boom configuration modes. The heavy-duty main boom provides a lifting capacity of up to 600 tonnes, with a boom length ranging from 39 to 93 meters. For higher capacity and reach, the superlift heavy-duty main boom increases lifting capacity to the crane’s full rated 800 tonnes, with a length range extended to 159 meters. These configurations are ideal for petrochemical modules, heavy infrastructure segments, and large mechanical equipment.

The crane also supports a hybrid main boom, designed to reduce boom self-weight for extended reach operations, offering a capacity of 330 tonnes over 72 to 114 meters. When this hybrid boom is combined with the superlift counterweight tray, the superlift hybrid main boom extends to an impressive 162 meters while maintaining the same 330-tonne lifting capacity, making it particularly effective for tall, long-reach lifts where total boom height is crucial.

Wind turbine applications are fully supported with specialized configurations. The standard main boom for wind turbine erection allows for a reach of 90 to 114 meters, paired with a 7-meter fixed jib, rated for 200 tonnes. In its enhanced configuration, the superlift main boom for wind turbine work can be set between 108 and 168 meters with the same 7-meter jib and 200-tonne capacity. These setups are tailored to lift large nacelles and blade sections to hub heights exceeding 120 meters, making the ZCC11000 highly suitable for onshore wind energy projects.

Luffing capabilities are also robust. The standard luffing jib configuration allows for a maximum capacity of 221 tonnes, with a luffing jib length of 24 to 84 meters, mounted on a main boom of 39 to 63 meters. The boom angle is adjustable at 65°, 75°, and 85°, offering flexibility in tight spaces or congested sites. For heavier lifts, the superlift luffing jib supports up to 330 tonnes, with a luffing jib length of 30 to 96 meters, paired with a main boom between 63 to 99 meters, using the same boom angle settings. These configurations are frequently used in tall industrial structures where a steep lifting path is required without increasing crane footprint.

Additionally, the ZCC11000 supports a superlift heavy-duty fixed jib, rated for 360 tonnes, with a fixed length of 18 meters and a 15-degree jib offset angle. When mounted on a main boom ranging from 63 to 111 meters, this setup enhances reach and operational flexibility, especially when lifting heavy loads over obstacles or structures.

Powering the crane is the Cummins QSX15 diesel engine, delivering 447 kW at 1800 rpm. The engine feeds into a load-sensing hydraulic system, enabling precise multi-function control even under full load. Winches deliver rope speeds up to 130 meters per minute, and the crane’s slewing system allows smooth rotation up to 1.5 rpm, crucial for accurate placement of large components. The luffing system offers smooth cylinder-driven articulation across the boom’s full angle range.

Built on a wide-track undercarriage, the ZCC11000 features a 9-meter track gauge and is engineered for robust stability and low ground bearing pressure. Traveling speed maxes out at 0.8 km/h, with a gradeability of up to 20%, suitable for moderately uneven terrain. The modular design supports efficient transportation: the crane can be disassembled into transportable units, and counterweights, booms, and jibs are configured for road-legal shipment using standard trailers.

The operator cabin integrates full-vision glass panels, ergonomic seating, air conditioning, and a color touch-screen monitoring system. Zoomlion’s smart control system provides real-time feedback on lifting load, radius, wind speed, and boom configuration. The onboard Load Moment Indicator (LMI) actively prevents overloads, and the system includes limiters for boom angle, swing, and hoisting. Safety is enhanced with redundant sensors, black box recording, and automatic emergency shutdowns.

In summary, the Zoomlion ZCC11000 offers a comprehensive heavy-lift platform, capable of meeting the demands of high-reach, high-capacity jobs across diverse industries. Its optimized boom configurations—from heavy-duty and hybrid to wind turbine and luffing setups—combine with advanced control and safety systems to deliver performance, versatility, and reliability in even the most complex lifting environments.
