Indo Farm Power-11

The Indo Farm Power-11 is built to offer powerful lifting capabilities with excellent maneuverability, tailored for industrial logistics, infrastructure construction, and maintenance work. Rated for a maximum lifting capacity of 11 tons at 1.7 meters radius, the Power-11 maintains balanced load handling up to 3 tons at a 5.8-meter reach, thanks to its two-part, hydraulically operated telescopic boom. The boom raises up to 8.5 meters vertically and features a derricking system controlled by dual double-acting hydraulic cylinders.

The crane is powered by an Indo Farm 3052 DI, 3-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine, delivering 50 HP at 2,200 rpm. The power is transmitted through a heavy-duty, sliding mesh gearbox with eight forward and two reverse gears, assisted by a high/low selector and a single dry plate clutch—optimized for crane-specific applications. It supports a top travel speed of 30 km/h, ideal for fast jobsite repositioning.

A key feature of the Power-11 is its articulated power steering system, controlled via two hydraulic cylinders providing up to 56° of articulation, and enabling a minimum turning radius of just 5.6 meters. This compact turning ability makes it especially effective in confined work zones.

Operational speed is also optimized—boom raising completes in 17–20 seconds, lowering in 13–15 seconds, with telescopic movement (in/out) taking between 5–11 seconds. The braking system consists of pneumatically assisted hydraulic front brakes and mechanical disc rear brakes, with mechanical parking brake on the rear axle.

Riding on four 10.00×20 – 16 PR front tyres and two 13.00×24 – 12 PR rear tyres, the Power-11 has a full-length, heavy-duty chassis with high ground clearance and a straight rear axle. Total operating weight is 8,850 kg.

The crane features a gear/vane-type hydraulic pump connected to a 4-spool control valve with built-in relief functionality. Hydraulic fluid capacity is 130 liters, and filtration is handled by a 100-mesh suction strainer and a 25-micron return line filter. Electricals include a 12V battery system with negative grounding.

Standard safety features include an overload audio warning, fail-safe brakes, lift cylinder lock valves, and guards for moving components. Standard accessories include an all-weather cabin, mirrors, lamps, reflectors, and a tool kit. Optional features include a fly jib, six-fall rope system, air brakes, and an over-hoist warning device.
