Product Description
The Sany SRC750 is a high-capacity 75-metric-ton rough terrain crane designed for performance in complex and rugged construction environments. With a maximum lifting moment of 2,529 kN·m on its base boom, the SRC750 is built with a five-section U-shaped main boom constructed from high-strength steel, offering superior rigidity and lifting stability. The boom ranges from 11.8 to 45 meters, and when combined with the jib, the total lifting height extends to 62.5 meters. The jib angles can be set at 0°, 20°, and 40°, offering flexibility in lift planning and execution.
The crane is powered by a strong and emissions-compliant 210 kW engine producing 970 Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm. It supports a maximum travel speed of 40 km/h and a gradeability of 75%, enabled by a 4-wheel drive system and four steering modes: front, rear, all-wheel, and crab steering. The minimal turning radius is just 7.5 meters under four-wheel steer, enhancing maneuverability in confined work areas.
Its hoisting system includes both main and auxiliary winches, each capable of delivering up to 125 m/min rope speed under no-load conditions. Hydraulic systems are built with load feedback and flow compensation for responsive and energy-efficient control. The slewing mechanism allows for a maximum 360° rotation at 2.0 rpm, supported by smooth acceleration and braking systems.
The SRC750’s outriggers extend to 7.4 × 7.52 meters and are designed with high-strength steel and dual-direction locking for maximum lift stability. Full extension or retraction of the horizontal outriggers takes just 20 to 25 seconds, while vertical deployment ranges from 25 to 35 seconds. The crane’s total operating weight is approximately 53.4 tonnes, with axle loads evenly distributed—27.6 tonnes on the front and 25.8 tonnes on the rear.
Safety and control are enhanced by Sany’s proprietary SYMC digital controller and CAN bus architecture, which simplify wiring and improve reliability. The crane is fitted with a load moment limiter that ensures accurate load monitoring with ±10% precision, along with interlock logic systems for secure and safe operations.
Designed with a compact footprint, excellent travel performance, and precise control, the Sany SRC750 is ideal for lifting operations on energy, infrastructure, and heavy construction sites where mobility, safety, and lifting power are crucial.
