Product Description
The Tadano TR-500M-3 (CREVO 500) is a high-performance 50-ton rough terrain crane, introduced in 1995 as one of the first models in Tadano’s CREVO series, alongside the CREVO 100 (10-ton mini rough terrain crane). The CREVO series, short for “CRane EVOlution,” represented a new era of rough terrain crane technology, offering improved safety, efficiency, and operator comfort.
One of the key innovations of the TR-500M-3 is its light hexagonal boom design, which minimizes lateral deflection, ensuring greater load stability and precise lifting control. The boom also incorporates a slow-stop function, providing smooth stopping for boom extension and swing operations, reducing shock loads and wear on crane components.
For improved on-road mobility and driving comfort, the TR-500M-3 introduced hydro-pneumatic suspension—a first for the CREVO series. This system enhances stability and ride quality, making long-distance transport safer and more comfortable.
With its strong lifting capabilities, innovative boom technology, and advanced operator safety features, the Tadano TR-500M-3 (CREVO 500) set new standards for rough terrain cranes, offering exceptional reliability, efficiency, and ease of operation for demanding lifting applications.
