Comansa 21CM600

The Comansa 21CM600 is a high-performance flat top tower crane series developed in China, derived from Comansa’s proven European 21LC600 platform. It is available in three distinct configurations—DT20, DT25, and ST25—each tailored to specific lifting requirements and structural conditions. All versions feature a maximum jib length of 80 meters, with modular 5-meter sectioning, allowing adaptation to a range of jobsite layouts. The DT20 supports a maximum load of 20 tonnes and can lift up to 4.2 tonnes at the jib tip, while the DT25 and ST25 models both handle loads of up to 25 tonnes and maintain tip capacities around 5.7 tonnes at maximum reach.

Equipped with high-capacity hoisting winches, such as the EFU5L-110 or EFU5L-132, the DT25 and ST25 models can achieve hoisting speeds up to 144 m/min and offer drum capacities sufficient for working heights over 800 meters. The DT models utilize D36 tower sections for superior free-standing capability and flexibility in external or braced tower applications. In contrast, the ST25 model employs an internal climbing system ideal for vertical expansion within confined structures like elevator shafts in high-rise buildings.

All models benefit from Comansa’s flat top design, which enhances site safety and allows overlapping crane operations without interference. The modular counterjib, ranging from 21.8 to 31.3 meters, and interchangeable jib sections streamline logistics and setup. Advanced electronic systems, including frequency-controlled drives for all motions, automatic reeving adjustment, and SmartSet programming, improve operational efficiency and crane precision. Operator comfort is ensured through the inclusion of a spacious XL cab, ergonomic controls, and optional remote diagnostics.

Standardized to a 400V, 50Hz, three-phase power supply, the 21CM600 series meets international electrical requirements and is well-suited for major infrastructure, industrial, and high-rise projects.
