Product Description

The JCB040J is a versatile jib crane developed to address the demands of both stationary and mobile jobsite configurations. This model prioritizes safety, operational ease, and lifting efficiency, making it suitable for a broad range of construction environments. It is engineered with an emphasis on performance and reduced operational costs, with high-reliability components integrated into the crane body, winch, and control panels—all manufactured under a consistent quality assurance system.

Offered with two jib configurations—21 meters and 26 meters—the JCB040J delivers a rated maximum lifting capacity of 4.98 tons. Depending on the jib length, it can reach a maximum working radius of 21 to 26 meters, with a total lifting reach of up to 75 meters and installation heights up to 55 meters. The crane offers a slewing range of 450°, providing enhanced flexibility for urban or spatially constrained worksites.

The hoisting system supports two-speed operation: a low-speed setting at 15 m/min and a high-speed mode at 30 m/min. The hoist is powered by an 18kW motor with inverter control, offering precise handling and energy efficiency. Its vertical climbing speed is 6.2 m/min (7.4 m/min at 60Hz), and slewing is powered by a 2.2kW motor operating at 0.5 rpm with inverter control. The crane’s climbing motion is driven by dual 0.75kW motors.

Electric power requirements are standardized at 200V (220V for 60Hz systems), and the crane includes comprehensive safety features such as moment limiters, overwind protection, and motion limiters for hoisting and slewing. Additional safety systems for travel restriction are included on the rail-mounted model.

In terms of weight, the stationary version has a total mass of 9.0 tons, while the rail-mounted version is significantly heavier at 19.0 tons, highlighting the structural reinforcement required for mobility. The crane’s modular structure allows for a maximum divisible unit weight of 1.0 ton, facilitating transportation and installation.
