EuroGru Amici 90.23

The Eurogru Amici 90.23 is a heavy-duty truck-mounted crane, developed to offer strong lifting capacity without compromising mobility. Designed for mounting on 8×4 commercial truck chassis, this crane boasts a maximum lifting capacity of 90 tonnes, supported by a 23-meter telescopic boom that offers excellent reach and coverage for a wide range of construction, industrial, and logistical applications. Despite its power, the crane remains compact enough for road transport, with a mounted weight of 32,000 kg.

The lifting system is powered by a hydraulic winch with a single-line pull capacity of 72 kN, driven by a variable displacement axial piston motor. The boom is fitted with a hydraulically adjustable head, capable of four offset positions, allowing greater flexibility when working in confined or angled spaces. For improved setup and balance, the crane includes a 5-ton modular counterweight system that is self-installing and fully sectionable, making it easy to adjust the counterbalance as needed for different loads or working conditions.

Control and safety are key strengths of the 90.23 model. Operators can manage the crane via the upper cabin or a radio remote control, which can also be equipped with a display for the onboard Load Moment Indicator (LMI) system. This advanced LMI system integrates visual feedback from an onboard video camera, enhancing situational awareness and lifting accuracy. Additionally, outrigger pressure sensors feed real-time load data back to the operator, increasing safety during setup and operation.
