Product Description

The SANY SAC1000S all-terrain crane is a 100-ton capacity lifting machine engineered for efficient operation across varied site conditions including urban construction, industrial assembly, and infrastructure development. With a strong focus on reach, mobility, and energy efficiency, this crane is optimized for both on-road travel and high-performance lifting.

At the core of its lifting system is a 7-section telescoping U-type boom using a single-cylinder pinning system. The boom extends from 12.1 meters to 63 meters, with a 15.5-meter jib bringing the maximum lifting height to 90.5 meters and a maximum working radius of 70 meters. Its structural strength supports a maximum base boom torque of 4145 kN·m, tapering to 1350 kN·m at full boom with jib. The jib angle can be adjusted between 0° and 30°, improving versatility for elevated or offset lifts.

The SAC1000S is mounted on a 5-axle chassis with full 10x6x10 drive and steer capability. This setup gives it excellent traction and turning control on and off-road. The minimum turning radius is 8.5 meters, and the turning radius of the boom head is 11 meters, making it maneuverable even in tight worksites. With an approach angle of 19°, departure angle of 18°, and minimum ground clearance of 285 mm, it offers strong cross-country mobility. The crane achieves a maximum speed of 85 km/h and a gradeability of 60%, allowing for efficient transitions between job sites.

Power is supplied by a 360 kW engine producing 2200 Nm of torque, enabling the crane to travel while carrying up to 10 tons of counterweights in a 60-ton configuration. Full counterweight can be transported for short distances when required. The system has been optimized to limit fuel consumption to ≤70L per 100 km, increasing operational cost-effectiveness.

The crane is supported by a 7.8 m longitudinal x 7.6 m transversal outrigger spread, enhancing stability during lifts. Slewing is controlled at a rate of 1.8 rpm, and hoisting operations through the main winch can achieve lifting speeds up to 130 m/min (no load). Boom extension and retraction times are 550 seconds, with lifting and lowering durations at 60 and 150 seconds respectively.

Safety and precision are built in through a high-accuracy load moment limiter, voice alarm system, anti-tipping alert, and a suite of sensors for real-time feedback on crane performance. The hydraulic system uses electrically controlled variable displacement pumps with dual converging/diverging pump technology, which enhances movement coordination and efficiency while saving up to 20% energy.
