Product Description
The Fuwa QUY120 crawler crane offers a robust lifting capacity of 120 tonnes, making it ideal for medium to heavy lifting tasks across construction and industrial sites. This crane provides flexible boom configurations, with a standard boom extending from 16 to 73 meters. For additional reach, it can be equipped with a fixed jib (up to 25 meters) or a luffing jib (up to 46 meters), achieving a maximum height of 119 meters when combining main boom and jib options.
Powered by a Cummins QSL-9 diesel engine, the QUY120 outputs 209 kW at 2000 rpm, supporting the crane’s advanced hydraulic systems. These systems provide precise control over lifting and movement, with dual-speed winches that operate at 116/57 m/min in high speed and 82/41 m/min in low speed. The crane also features a boom hoisting speed of 54 m/min, enabling efficient handling of loads during operations. The QUY120’s swing system offers 360° rotation at speeds up to 1.96 rpm, and it can travel at up to 1.3 km/h, making it maneuverable and efficient on various terrains.
This crane is equipped with a comprehensive suite of safety devices, including hook and boom over-hoist prevention systems, a moment limiter, and a three-color load indicator that provides real-time load status. Additional safety features include an anemometer for wind monitoring, brakes on main and auxiliary drums, and a swing alarm to enhance operational safety. The crane’s gradeability of 30% ensures reliable performance on slopes and uneven ground, while its ground bearing pressure of 0.08 MPa maintains stability.
The QUY120’s modular counterweight system totals 40 tonnes, allowing for tailored ballast configurations depending on lifting requirements. The crane’s transport dimensions are 14,550 mm (L) x 3,200 mm (W) x 3,290 mm (H), and it has a total machine weight of 110 tonnes, which facilitates convenient transport and setup between job sites. The cab is designed for operator comfort, with features like air conditioning, a rearview mirror, and an advanced control system for monitoring and diagnostics.
With options for light-duty boom configurations (up to 81.5 meters) and a variety of hook blocks (120, 50, and 9 tonnes), the Fuwa QUY120 is adaptable to different lifting scenarios. This crane’s robust construction, versatile configuration options, and enhanced safety features make it a reliable choice for complex lifting tasks in diverse environments.
