Sany SCC4000C

The SANY SCC4000C crawler crane is engineered for large-scale and complex lifting projects, debuting as one of SANY’s flagship heavy-duty crawler cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 400 tons. It achieves an impressive maximum lifting moment of 5020 t·m when operating in its luffing jib (主臂HD(B)) configuration. The main boom spans from 24 to 78 meters in standard mode, with extensions allowing up to 117 meters in length under various configurations. In luffing jib combinations, the maximum boom+jib combination reaches 84+87 meters, allowing for superior reach and versatility on-site.

The fixed jib configuration supports a maximum length of 84+9 meters and a lifting capacity of 90 tons. For even more adaptability, the variable luffing jib setup offers a maximum configuration of 84+87 meters with an upper lifting angle range of 67–87 degrees and a luffing jib angle between 25–77 degrees, enhancing the machine’s flexibility in confined or high-reach environments.

The SCC4000C is powered by a 330 kW engine operating at 2000 rpm and meets Tier III emission standards, making it suitable for global applications. Its undercarriage features a track width of 7.6 meters, providing a stable and solid working platform, while a traveling speed range of 0–1.2 km/h (and 0–0.4 km/h in low gear) ensures maneuverability on difficult terrain. The slewing speed is rated at 0–1.5 rpm with stepless adjustment based on load, and the winch line speed (main and auxiliary) reaches up to 135 m/min, with a hoisting speed of up to 65×2 m/min.

The entire crane weighs 330 tons in its standard configuration, with counterweights totaling 145 (or 165) + 40 + 250 tons depending on the working configuration. Designed for both performance and ease of use, the SCC4000C offers superior micro-movement control with load-sensitive hydraulic systems, a high degree of automation in erection (requiring just 3 hours for boom installation and 30 minutes for luffing jib adjustment), and advanced GPS monitoring systems for remote diagnostics and fleet management.

Its transport efficiency is equally impressive, with a maximum transport weight of 55 tons and a minimum transport width of 3.1 meters, making relocation feasible even under tight logistical conditions. The SCC4000C complies with CE standards and meets stringent North American Tier 3 emission regulations, ensuring broad operational applicability across global markets.
