The crawler drive system is a two-speed, bi-directional, axial piston hydraulic motor that offers a maximum travel speed of 1 km/h and a gradeability of 35%. For added stability, the crane is equipped with hydraulic jack-up cylinders to facilitate easy assembly and disassembly of the crawler frame during transport.

The SC3500 also prioritizes operator comfort with a spacious and acoustically insulated cabin. The cabin is equipped with an adjustable seat, HVAC system, full-color display monitors, and controls within easy reach, enabling safe and comfortable operations over long shifts. A range of optional features, such as a rearview camera, aircraft warning lights, and an anemometer, are also available to further enhance safety and operational efficiency.
