Operating Weight and Equipment

The Zoomlion ZCC1300 operates at a weight of approximately 85.2 tons, inclusive of its basic machine with crawlers, two main winches, wire ropes, and a 13m main boom, along with a 32 t rear counterweight, and a 100t hook block. The maximum length of its main boom reaches up to 64 meters, while the fixed jib can extend to 19 meters, offering a maximum lifting moment of 390 t.m and a 12t (single line) lifting capacity on the fixed jib.

Performance and Efficiency

Boasting excellent lifting performance, the ZCC1300’s large gauge track crawler chassis ensures stability over a 360-degree working range. The maximum load moment stands at 390 t.m, surpassing 100-tonnage competing models in comprehensive lifting capacity. Work efficiency is enhanced by the ability for simultaneous movements without deceleration when switching between crane operations. The main winch achieves a single rope speed of 141m/min, and there’s an optional free-fall function for precise handling.

Transport, Assembly, and Disassembly

Transportation logistics are simplified as the crane’s counterweight plates weigh less than 6.75t each, allowing for self-assembly with the help of a small-sized auxiliary crane. The crane’s carriers can be extended or retracted, and the maximum transport width of the crane is kept to a practical 3.0m.

Engine and Hydraulic System

Powered by a WEICHAI engine rated at 199KW at 2000rpm and a torque of 1200Nm, the ZCC1300 conforms to China’s National 3 Emission Standards. Its hydraulic system, featuring a series-connected arrangement with hydraulic pilot proportional control, is designed for high efficiency and the smooth execution of simultaneous movements.

Hoisting and Swing Capabilities

The main and auxiliary winches are driven by an axial piston variable displacement motor, ensuring controlled operations with a maximum line pull of 120kN for the main winch and a rope length of up to 200m. The crane’s slewing mechanism is powered by an axial piston constant displacement motor, allowing for a slewing speed of 0-2.4 rpm and a free-swing function to minimize lateral forces on the boom.

Undercarriage and Control System

The crawler undercarriage provides a robust foundation with hydraulic driving systems on both left and right carriers. The crane’s control system is fully integrated, boasting high-precision operations and safety features, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards.
