The SANY STC120T4 Hydraulic Truck Crane is a compact yet powerful lifting solution, purpose-built for efficient operations in confined or urban spaces. With a maximum lifting capacity of 12 tonnes and a full-extension boom length of 28.1 meters, it delivers strong performance in a lightweight configuration.

Powered by a Yuchai YCS04200-30 Euro III diesel engine, the crane offers 147 kW of power and 720 Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed manual transmission for excellent maneuverability. It rides on a 4×2 wheel configuration, with a tight steering radius of just 8 meters, a vehicle height of 3.23 meters, and a gradeability of 41%, making it highly mobile and agile on challenging job sites.

The STC120T4 features a U-shaped large cross-section boom for enhanced structural strength and a maximum lifting moment of 397 kN·m. The hoisting system includes dual winches with high lifting speeds (130 m/min on the main winch) and durable 12 mm wire ropes. Hydraulic safety is ensured through balance valves, load-holding valves, and A2B limit switches, while the Load Moment Indicator (LMI) provides ±3% lifting accuracy to guard against overloads.

Operator comfort is enhanced with an ergonomically designed cab, full climate control, panoramic skylight, and integrated machine diagnostics. The crane also integrates SANY’s MachineLink+ telematics via the ROOTCLOUD T-AMS Pro system, enabling real-time GPS tracking, maintenance scheduling, and remote monitoring for efficient fleet management.
