Product Description

The Tadano TG-351 is a 35-ton capacity hydraulic truck crane engineered to balance performance, transportability, and efficient lifting in varied conditions. It features a four-section fully powered telescopic boom that extends from 10.0 to 31.6 meters. When fitted with an 8.0 m and 15.0 m two-stage lattice jib, the crane achieves a maximum lifting height of up to 46.6 meters and a working radius of 32.5 meters.

The boom operates within an elevation angle range of 0° to 80°, reaching full elevation in approximately 86 seconds. Telescoping is quick and precise, extending the boom to its maximum length (21.6 meters) in just 162 seconds. The main winch offers a hoisting speed of up to 150 m/min, with the auxiliary winch reaching 135 m/min under no-load conditions.

Powering the TG-351 is a Nissan Diesel RD8 engine, producing 280 PS at 2500 rpm and delivering a maximum torque of 98 kg-m at 1400 rpm. The truck can travel at speeds of up to 70 km/h and handle a 30% gradeability. The main chassis is a commercial truck-type platform designed for long-distance travel while maintaining the crane’s lifting stability.

The crane employs a hydraulic system that includes three extension cylinders and two boom elevation cylinders, all with hydraulic lockout devices. The winch is a hydraulic motor-driven planetary type with free-fall capability. Slewing is smooth and continuous through a hydraulic motor and bearing system, achieving a swing speed of 1.9 r.p.m.

Wire ropes for both the main and auxiliary winches are high-strength IWRC types, with a standard capacity of 160 m (main) and 100 m (auxiliary) at 18 mm diameter. Outriggers are full-hydraulic type with double extension capability, extending to a maximum span of 5.5 meters.

Mounted on a commercial 6×4 carrier chassis, the TG-351 benefits from standard tires sized 11.00-20-14PR (rear) and 12.00-20-18PR (front). Its road dimensions include an overall length of 11,670 mm, width of 2,750 mm, and a height of 3,480 mm, with a vehicle weight of 33,700 kg.

The TG-351 is a rugged and dependable truck crane model, ideally suited for mid-range lifting tasks across general construction, plant maintenance, and utility applications.
