Indo Farm Power-15FN / 15FNT

The Indo Farm Power-15FN and 15FNT are high-performance pick-and-carry cranes designed for industrial, infrastructure, and construction site lifting operations. Both models feature a heavy-duty 4-part telescopic boom, where the first three sections are hydraulically powered and synchronized, and the fourth is power-extended with a manual pin for added safety. The standard boom provides a vertical lift height of 19.2 meters and 16.6 meters of horizontal reach, while the optional 3-meter fly jib boosts reach to 22.2 meters vertically and 19.7 meters horizontally.

These cranes are powered by turbocharged DI, TCIC water-cooled diesel engines producing 101 HP at 2200 rpm (Power-15FN) or 2300 rpm (Power-15FNT), delivering strong torque for lifting and travel. Transmission includes a heavy-duty synchromesh gearbox with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears, high/low selector, and an auxiliary gearbox tailored for crane work. A single-plate dry clutch ensures reliable engagement under load.

With articulated power steering via twin hydraulic rams and up to 40° articulation, both models achieve a turning radius of just 7 meters. A top travel speed of 42 km/h (Power-15FN) or 50 km/h (Power-15FNT) enables swift site transitions, while gradeability of 35% (unladen) provides sure footing on inclines.

The lifting mechanism uses a six-fall hoist rope system with a fail-safe braking arrangement and self-rope compensation, allowing for stable handling even at full extension. The winch system is designed for long service life and heavy-duty use. Outriggers provide additional stability and are standard equipment.

Braking is fully air-operated on both axles using ‘S’ cam dual circuit systems, with air-actuated fail-safe parking brakes. Each crane rides on eight 11.00×20 – 16 PR tyres with a 4-meter wheelbase and 1,830 mm wheel track (center of twin wheels), offering excellent load distribution and terrain clearance.

Both models have operating weights of approximately 14,770 kg (Power-15FN) and 14,340 kg (Power-15FNT), and overall dimensions of 10,685 mm length, 2,670 mm width, and 3,035 mm height. Hydraulic systems are vane-pump driven with 5/6 spool control valves featuring built-in relief mechanisms for safe, responsive operation.

Standard features include an ergonomically designed all-weather cabin, rear-view camera, air brakes, six-fall winch, outriggers, reflectors, side mirrors, tool kit, reverse gear tuner, and a 3-meter fly jib. Optional accessories include an over-hoist warning system, spark arrestor, man basket, additional or air-conditioned cabin, safe load indicator with hydraulic cutoff, beacon light, tyre guards, and fire extinguisher.
