Indo Farm Power-15FNV

The Indo Farm Power-15FNV is built for heavy lifting across varied terrains with performance, durability, and operator ease at its core. Designed to carry and lift up to 15 tons at a 1.5-meter radius, it offers a powerful lifting envelope extending to 0.5 tons at 19.92 meters when fully extended with jib. The standard 4-part telescopic boom reaches 19.2 meters vertically and 16.8 meters horizontally, with the optional fly jib expanding those limits to 22.2 meters and 19.9 meters, respectively.

The crane is powered by a robust 101 HP turbocharged diesel engine delivering consistent performance under load. The heavy-duty synchromesh transmission features 8 forward and 2 reverse gears with high/low selector, matched to a heavy-duty single-plate dry clutch built specifically for crane use. It supports a maximum travel speed of 50 km/h and 35% gradeability unladen, ideal for large sites and inter-site movements.

For maneuverability, the Power-15FNV uses articulated power steering controlled through two hydraulic rams, allowing up to 40° of articulation and a minimum turning radius of 7.0 meters. The full-time 4-wheel drive and 4-meter wheelbase ensure strong performance in off-road or sandy terrain.

The lifting system includes a six-fall wire rope hoist with integrated fail-safe braking and a winch designed for rugged use. Boom movement is controlled through dual hydraulic cylinders for smooth raising and lowering, and telescoping is both power-extended and manually pinned for safety in the final stage. Hydraulic functions are managed by a vane-type pump and 5/6-spool control valve with integrated pressure relief.

Operator safety and comfort are enhanced with a fully enclosed all-weather cabin offering ergonomic controls and improved visibility. Standard features include outriggers, air-operated fail-safe brakes, rear-view camera, reverse lamp, reflectors, and a 3-meter fly jib. Safety provisions include fail-safe brakes, hose burst protection, self-adjusting hook block, and optional features like safe load indicator, man basket, spark arrestor, fire extinguisher, and beacon light.

With an operating weight of 13,950 kg and large 11.00×20 – 16 PR tyres (eight total), the Indo Farm Power-15FNV offers excellent ground clearance and stability. Its robust chassis and long reach make it ideal for handling large, awkward, or high-set loads in industrial facilities, yards, and construction zones.
