Product Description

The Sany SRC350 rough terrain crane is engineered for versatility and productivity across challenging job sites. Designed through Sino-American collaboration on a joint R&D platform, the SRC350 features a 31.5-meter fully extended hexagonal boom built for strength and stability. It is powered by an American Cummins QSB6.7 Tier 3 engine delivering 119 kW at 2,500 rpm with maximum torque of 732 Nm at 1,500 rpm.

The crane offers strong road and site performance with four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and a top travel speed of over 40 km/h. It boasts impressive gradeability of 75%, with a minimum turning radius of just 6.2 meters, allowing tight maneuvering on crowded sites. The SRC350 employs a load-sensing hydraulic system equipped with Rexroth components, delivering precise control, excellent inching performance, and rapid lifting—achieving maximum single-rope speeds of 140 m/min.

Its H-shaped outrigger system, with spans of 6.15 x 6.15 meters, provides stability and quick setup via full-hydraulic control. The crane’s overall weight is approximately 32.3 tons, and it carries a 4-ton counterweight mounted on the turntable. The main and auxiliary winches are powered by quantitative piston motors and feature balance valves for stable, responsive control.

The operator cab is ergonomically designed with a frame-type steel structure, sliding door, large safety glass panels for enhanced visibility, and an adjustable seat. A color LCD screen displays real-time parameters including torque percentage, hook load, boom length, angle, and height. CAN bus digital network control ensures reliable operation and simpler wiring.

For safety, the SRC350 includes a load moment indicator (LMI), anti-two-block system, built-in load charts, emergency stop switches, and logic interlocked controls. Advanced slewing buffers and hydraulic safety valves enhance operational stability and protect critical components.

Altogether, the Sany SRC350 combines reliable lifting performance, strong off-road mobility, advanced hydraulic technology, and operator-focused design, making it well-suited for a variety of lifting tasks in construction, infrastructure, and industrial maintenance applications.
