Holding HDTC25

The HDTC25 by Hunan Holdings Heavy Industry is a rugged 25-ton capacity crawler crane equipped with a telescopic boom. It is specifically built for operations in areas with poor ground conditions, such as oil fields, remote construction zones, and marshy landscapes. The crane features a boom length that ranges from 8.0 to 25.0 meters and achieves a maximum lifting height of 24.5 meters with the main boom and up to 30 meters with an optional jib. The crane delivers a rated lifting moment of 840 kN·m at the base configuration and 522 kN·m at full extension.

Its boom can be elevated from -3° to 76°, and it has a full 360° slewing capability. The working speed is efficient, with the main winch operating at a single rope speed of up to 130 m/min and the auxiliary winch at 90 m/min. Telescoping operations are smooth and fast, with boom extension completed in 40 seconds and retraction in 45 seconds. Slewing speed is adjustable up to 2.6 rpm.

Powering the HDTC25 is a Cummins QSB6.7-C170 diesel engine rated at 129 kW at 2000 rpm, producing a maximum torque of 800 Nm at 1500 rpm. This engine, paired with a hydrostatic drive system and equipped with A6VE107 travel motors and JX60 final drives, offers a maximum travel speed of 3 km/h and a gradeability of 25°. The track gauge is adjustable from 2300 mm (narrow) to 3100 mm (wide), while the low ground pressure of 0.05 MPa ensures excellent flotation on soft ground.

The crane’s total operating weight is 35,000 kg including the counterweights—7,000 kg for the rear and 3,000 kg for the undercarriage. It measures 9.49 m in length, up to 3.8 m in width during operation (3.0 m in transport), and 3.12 m in height. The hydraulic system operates at 25 MPa with a flow capacity of 380 L/min, and the tank holds 425 liters of hydraulic oil.

The HDTC25’s robust structure and flexible boom system make it an ideal choice for construction, utility work, and heavy industry operations in harsh environments. Its optional jib and secondary hoisting system expand its utility further, allowing for more complex lifting configurations.
