Product Description
The IHI CCH500T is a fully hydraulic telescopic crawler crane in the 50-ton class, engineered for jobsite flexibility, rapid deployment, and robust performance in tight or uneven terrain. The crane is outfitted with a five-section full-power telescopic boom, reaching a maximum boom length of 30.5 meters. This design provides the benefit of boom retraction and extension without the need for additional boom sections or assembly, significantly reducing setup time.
Mounted on a rugged crawler undercarriage, the CCH500T offers excellent ground-bearing capability and maneuverability, particularly in confined or soft terrain environments. Its telescopic boom and crawler base allow it to operate and even travel while carrying a load — a major advantage in dynamic jobsite conditions such as foundation work or utility construction.
The crane’s compact size and transport-friendly configuration allow for easy movement between job sites without requiring major disassembly. It includes a swing system with 360-degree continuous rotation, delivering precise load positioning through hydraulic slewing.
Safety and ease of use are emphasized through a modern operator cab equipped with joystick controls, ergonomic seating, and visual monitoring systems. The crane includes standard safety systems such as load moment indicators, anti-two-block systems, and hydraulic safety valves to ensure operator and load protection.
The IHI CCH500T is built for reliability in demanding environments, with a strong emphasis on efficiency, safety, and operational ease. It’s ideal for lifting tasks where mobility, quick setup, and strong mid-range lifting performance are critical.
