The SANY SCC800TB is a powerful and versatile telescopic boom crawler crane designed for superior performance in a wide range of lifting operations. The crane features a telescopic boom system composed of five sections, extending from 12.2 meters to 47 meters. Additionally, it can be configured with a fixed jib of either 10.2 meters or 17.5 meters, allowing a maximum working height of up to 64.5 meters when fully extended. The boom offers dual-cylinder full power rope-row telescoping, ensuring precise and smooth operation across its entire range. The boom luffing angle ranges from -1.5° to 80°, enhancing its adaptability in various lifting scenarios.

At the core of the SCC800TB is the ISUZU 6HK1XKSC-01 diesel engine, delivering a rated power of 212 kW at 2000 rpm and a torque output of 1080 Nm at 1500 rpm. It complies with European and Chinese Tier III off-road emission standards. The engine is coupled with SANY’s proprietary SYIC-II integrated control system, providing accurate and responsive control over all crane functions. Its main and auxiliary winches operate at speeds of up to 140 m/min, using 22 mm diameter wire ropes with a line pull of 8 tons. Wet-type brakes and anti-hook sliding technology are integrated into the winch design to ensure safe and efficient lifting.

The swing system is equipped with a wet, spring-loaded brake, integrated swing buffer valves, and a 360° external gear swing drive, providing precise and smooth rotation with a maximum swing speed of 2 rpm. The upper structure includes a 26-ton rear counterweight and 6 tons of carbody counterweights, all of which are designed for self-assembly to simplify transport and setup.

For operator comfort and safety, the SCC800TB features a spacious, tiltable cab with wide visibility, air conditioning, adjustable ergonomic seats, and a 10.4-inch touchscreen control panel. The cab integrates multiple cameras and monitoring systems for real-time visual feedback, and a seat interlock protection system to prevent unintended operation.

The crane’s advanced safety suite includes an LMI (Load Moment Indicator) system with auto cut-off for overload protection, over-hoist and over-release protection, tri-color load indicators, electronic level gauges, and remote monitoring capabilities (GPS/GPRS-based). These systems work in unison to provide a high level of operational safety and efficiency.

With a transport weight of 86 tons and the heaviest single component weighing 32 tons, the SCC800TB is designed with modular components for easy transportation. Its track frames are detachable, and the machine maintains a compact transport width of 3.49 meters. The undercarriage features high-strength steel track pads, maintenance-free rollers, and a crawler tensioning system, providing excellent stability and mobility, including 30% gradeability and 2.5 km/h travel speed.
