Sennebogen 653 R

The Sennebogen 653 R is engineered to offer both agility and strength in challenging environments. With a lifting capacity of 51 tonnes, this telescopic crawler crane features a four-section, full-power boom that extends up to 30 meters. It is complemented by an optional folding jib that can be configured in 6.5-meter or 13-meter lengths, significantly increasing its operational flexibility.

This crane is powered by a Deutz TCD 2012 L06 2V diesel engine delivering 128 kW (174 HP) and complies with Tier III emission standards. The engine, paired with a load-sensing hydraulic system, ensures energy-efficient operation with a maximum flow rate of 280 l/min and system pressure reaching up to 330 bar. Travel speeds range from 0 to 2.7 km/h, supported by a robust, hydraulically extendable undercarriage that enhances stability.

The slewing mechanism includes a compact planetary gear and axial piston motor, offering smooth 360° rotation at up to 2 rpm. Its hoist winch provides a 40 kN line pull at speeds up to 95 m/min. Safety is a core feature, with advanced load monitoring, hydraulic safety valves, and emergency functions designed for safe operation in various conditions.

With a transport width of 3.0 meters using standard 700 mm track shoes and optional flat shoes available, the 653 R is engineered for easy transport and setup. Its spacious, ergonomic operator cab includes modern amenities like a hydraulically tiltable structure, air conditioning, and an air-suspended seat, ensuring operator comfort during extended shifts.
