Potain MCT 275 K10

The Potain MCT 275 K10 flat top tower crane is built to provide reliable lifting solutions for construction sites that require strength, reach, and logistical efficiency. With a maximum capacity of 10 tonnes and a maximum jib length of 70 meters, the crane can handle 2.3 tonnes at its tip, ensuring performance over extended work areas. The design supports jib configurations in 5-meter increments, enhancing flexibility to meet site-specific needs.

The crane is mounted on a 2.0 m x 2.0 m mast, compatible with several configurations including P 20A, P 21A, VB 21A, and BA 66A towers. These options allow for freestanding hook heights up to 60.3 meters and provide strong foundation support for high-rise operations. The hoisting system includes the 60 LVF 25 winch and 75/90 HPL™ winch, offering lifting speeds from 5 to over 215 meters per minute depending on load and rope layer, and supporting drum capacities up to 834 meters of rope.

For slewing, the MCT 275 K10 features the RVF 162 Optima+ mechanism, allowing for smooth 360-degree movement at speeds up to 0.63 rpm. The crane also integrates Potain’s Power Control system, enabling dynamic adjustment of motor speed according to site power availability, which enhances energy efficiency and operational safety.

Its topless design provides a lower crane profile, minimizing clearance issues on dense job sites and easing erection alongside other cranes. The crane’s components are optimized for containerized transport, fitting into standard 40’ High Cube containers, which streamlines logistics and reduces transport costs. The MCT 275 K10 is FEM 1.001-A3 compliant and built for durability and precision in demanding construction environments.
