Product Description
The Fuwa QUY80A crawler crane offers a lifting capacity of up to 80 tonnes, tailored for versatile lifting needs on construction and industrial sites. This crane’s main boom ranges from 13 to 58 meters, which can be extended with a fixed jib of up to 18 meters, allowing a maximum boom and jib combination length of 76 meters. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of tasks, including medium-rise construction projects and infrastructure work.
Powered by a Cummins QSL-9 engine, the QUY80A provides 209 kW at 2000 rpm. This power is utilized by a sophisticated hydraulic system that includes a dual-variable displacement pump, supporting efficient and precise control over the crane’s movements. The hydraulic oil tank has a capacity of 600 liters, ensuring sufficient hydraulic power for prolonged operations. The main and auxiliary winches are equipped with 26 mm wire ropes with a maximum line pull of 46 tonnes, achieving hoist speeds of up to 116 m/min. Additionally, the crane’s derricking system features a 440 mm drum and supports a maximum rope speed of 54 m/min.
The QUY80A’s swing system offers a 360° rotation, powered by a planetary reduction gear, with a maximum speed of 3 rpm. The crane can traverse sites at speeds of up to 1.3 km/h, supported by a robust undercarriage featuring 10 track rollers on each side and 860 mm wide track shoes for stability. The undercarriage also includes jack-up cylinders that aid in assembly and disassembly, enhancing the crane’s transportability.
With a gradeability of 30%, this crawler crane can navigate inclined and uneven surfaces with ease. Its ground pressure ranges from 0.0828 to 0.088 MPa, depending on the boom configuration, ensuring stable operation across different soil types. The total operating weight of the crane, with a basic boom configuration, is approximately 83 tonnes, and it is supported by a 24.5-tonne counterweight system for optimal balance.
The operator’s cab on the QUY80A is spacious and well-equipped with air conditioning, ergonomic controls, and large electronic monitors. It also includes an emergency safety feature, with a fire extinguisher and a moment limiter for monitoring load conditions. The crane offers multiple hook blocks, with capacities of 80, 50, 25, and 8 tonnes, to adapt to various lifting tasks.
The QUY80A’s modular design, combined with high-quality components imported from reputable manufacturers like Rexroth, makes it a reliable choice for contractors who need an adaptable and efficient medium-duty crawler crane. Whether lifting construction materials or setting structural elements, the Fuwa QUY80A is engineered to deliver performance, safety, and ease of operation in diverse environments.
