The Kobelco CKL1350i crawler crane is built for heavy lifting in diverse applications such as infrastructure, industrial plants, and large-scale construction. With a maximum rated lifting capacity of 150 metric tons at a 4.4-meter radius using its crane boom configuration, the CKL1350i delivers solid lifting performance across a wide range of boom and jib combinations.

The standard crane boom extends from 15.2 meters to 76.2 meters, while the long boom configuration allows an extension up to 82.3 meters with a maximum lifting capacity of 44.3 tons at 10.6 meters radius. The crane supports fixed jib combinations up to 61.0 meters boom plus 30.5 meters jib, and luffing jib combinations up to 47.9 + 32.0 meters or 44.8 + 53.3 meters, achieving a maximum combination length over 90 meters. The luffing boom configuration offers a lifting capacity of up to 80 tons, and when combined with luffing jib, it can lift up to 53.9 tons at an 8.6-meter radius.

The CKL1350i is powered by a Hino P11C-UN diesel engine producing 247 kW (ISO) at 2,000 rpm with a maximum torque of 1,300 Nm at 1,500 rpm. It is equipped with a full-flow hydraulic control system using four variable displacement pumps, providing precise, infinitely variable control to the hoist, boom, swing, and propel functions. The main and auxiliary winches deliver a maximum line speed of 120 m/min (first layer) with a rated single-line pull of 132 kN (13.5 tf) using 26 mm diameter wire rope.

Safety and reliability are built into the crane’s design, with features such as spring-set, hydraulically released multiple-disc brakes on hoist and swing systems, negative brakes on the drums, boom backstops, and optional free-fall function. The swing system provides smooth 360-degree rotation at 2.1 rpm. The crawler assembly includes quick-disconnect features for efficient transport and assembly, with track shoe widths of 910 mm standard (optional 1,220 mm).

The crane includes an operator-friendly cab with full visibility, air conditioning, ergonomic seat, and modern instrumentation. It has a self-removal counterweight system and offers a maximum travel speed of 1.3 km/h, with a gradeability of 30%, ensuring stable movement across job sites.
