Sany SCC3000A

The Sany SCC3000A is a heavy-duty crawler crane designed for lifting capacities up to 300 metric tonnes, engineered for high efficiency and strong performance in infrastructure, industrial, and energy construction. With a robust structural design and modular assembly, this crane is configured for both ease of transport and adaptability across a wide range of applications.

The SCC3000A features a maximum main boom length of 84 meters and can be further extended with a fixed jib of up to 36 meters or a luffing jib of up to 60 meters. The maximum combination—typically main boom plus luffing jib—can reach an impressive 132 meters, making it ideal for tall and complex lifts. It boasts a maximum rated lifting moment of 1785 t·m, showcasing its capability for heavy lifting at extended radii.

Powering the crane is a high-performance Cummins QSL9-C360 diesel engine rated at 264 kW. The crane utilizes load-sensitive hydraulic systems and electronically controlled winches for smooth, energy-efficient operations. Both the main and auxiliary hoists can achieve line speeds up to 120 m/min, allowing for quick load handling. The slewing system supports 360-degree continuous rotation with precise control.

The undercarriage is fitted with 900 mm wide crawler shoes and a total operating weight of approximately 274 tonnes including counterweights and attachments. Transport and assembly are facilitated through modular boom sections, detachable counterweight systems, and hydraulic pin connections. The cab is ergonomically designed with a wide field of vision, air conditioning, an LCD monitor, and joystick controls, enhancing operator comfort and control.

The SCC3000A is equipped with advanced safety features, including load moment indicators (LMI), anti-two block systems, swing and boom angle limiters, and camera-assisted monitoring. These systems ensure safe operations even under complex lifting scenarios, reinforcing the crane’s reputation for reliability and efficiency in high-stakes environments.
