Product Description
The XCMG QUY100 crawler crane is engineered for heavy-duty applications such as construction, infrastructure development, and industrial installations. As a fully hydraulic crawler crane, it has a rated lifting capacity of 100 tons with a standard boom setup of 18 meters at a 5.5-meter working radius and a 10-part line configuration. The crane boasts a maximum load moment of 550 tonne-metres, demonstrating its strength and reliability in demanding lifting scenarios.
The main boom is a modular lattice-type structure that extends from 18 to 72 meters in 3-meter increments. The crane supports optional jib attachments ranging from 12 to 24 meters, which can be mounted at either a 10° or 30° offset, enabling greater reach and lifting flexibility. The jib can be installed when the main boom is between 39 and 60 meters long.
Performance-wise, the QUY100 offers a hoisting speed of up to 100 m/min (single line at the fifth layer), a swing speed of up to 1.5 rpm, and a travel speed of 1.1 km/h. It is powered by a Cummins M11-C250 diesel engine delivering 184 kW (250 HP) at 2100 rpm, and a peak torque of 1147 Nm at 1300 rpm. The engine and hydraulic systems are optimized for energy efficiency and stable operation.
The hydraulic system incorporates a pilot-operated, open-loop control with a constant power variable pump, operating at a rated pressure of 31 MPa. The electrical system includes safety interlocks, limiters, and monitoring instruments to ensure safe crane operations.
The crane’s base structure features a torsion-resistant box frame, with the turntable designed as a box-type platform for high rigidity. The crawler undercarriage provides excellent mobility over rough terrain, with a 30% maximum gradeability. The standard transport weight (excluding boom, counterweights, and tracks) is 114 tons, and the heaviest single transport unit weighs 40 tons.
XCMG’s engineering combines robust structural components with precise control and safety mechanisms, making the QUY100 a capable and versatile crane ideal for medium to large-scale lifting tasks.
