The XCMG QUY50 is a 50-ton crawler crane engineered for mid-range lifting applications, offering a maximum boom length of 52 meters, a 1,815 kN·m lifting moment, and robust operational capability with 65 m/min hoisting speed and 1.5 rpm slewing.

Product Description
The XCMG QUY50 crawler crane is a 50-ton class hydraulic crawler crane designed for general construction, infrastructure, and industrial lifting needs. It delivers a maximum lifting capacity of 50 tonnes and is capable of producing a maximum lifting moment of 1,815 kN·m, making it a reliable choice for medium-duty lifting tasks across a range of job sites.
The main boom length spans from 13 to 52 meters and operates within a working angle of 30° to 80°, offering flexibility in handling different height and outreach requirements. It is supported by auxiliary jib configurations ranging from 9.15 to 15.25 meters with mounting angles of 10° and 30°, enhancing the crane’s reach for up-and-over lifting conditions.
The crane is powered by an engine rated at 115 kW, which supports both the main and auxiliary hoisting systems at a speed of 0 to 65 meters per minute. The boom luffing system operates at up to 52 m/min, ensuring responsive and efficient boom articulation. Its slewing mechanism enables a smooth 360° rotation with variable speeds from 0 to 1.5 rpm.
In terms of maneuverability, the QUY50 is capable of traveling at speeds up to 1.1 km/h and climbing gradients up to 20°, supported by a hydraulic drive system. The ground bearing pressure is measured at 0.069 MPa, ensuring suitable load distribution on typical job site terrain.
This crawler crane is well-suited for urban construction, precast concrete handling, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance tasks. With its balanced performance profile and flexible boom system, the QUY50 represents a reliable and efficient choice in XCMG’s crawler crane lineup for moderate lifting requirements.
