Product Description
The Zoomlion QUY130 crawler crane is engineered for robust lifting operations across industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors. It has a maximum rated lifting capacity of 130 tons at a 4.5-meter radius, with a maximum lifting moment of 661.5 t·m. The lattice boom system extends from 19 meters to 73 meters using high-strength seamless steel tubing, joined by pin connections for durability and fast assembly. A fixed jib ranging from 13 to 31 meters can be installed at 10° or 30° offset angles, increasing versatility for high-reach or tight-radius lifting jobs.
The crane is powered by a Cummins diesel engine (Tier III compliant) rated at 209 kW (280 hp) at 2,000 rpm, delivering 1,356 Nm of torque at 1,400 rpm. The hydraulic system utilizes dual-variable plunger pumps and electrohydraulic control valves sourced from Germany, ensuring smooth multifunction operation and stepless speed control. The main winch provides a maximum rope speed of 105 m/min with 130 kN of single-line tension, while the auxiliary winch achieves 93 m/min.
Its slewing mechanism, powered by a variable displacement axial plunger hydraulic motor, provides continuous 360° rotation at up to 2.2 rpm. The travel system, equipped with planetary gear reducers and hydraulic motors on each track, enables straight-line travel, differential steering, and driving under load with speeds up to 1.3 km/h and gradeability of 30%.
For ease of transport and site setup, the QUY130 features self-assembly systems for the mast, counterweights (46.96 tons total), and crawlers. The largest transport component weighs under 35 tons, ensuring compliance with road regulations. Operator comfort and safety are enhanced with a steel cab featuring large glass panels, air conditioning, digital monitoring, and safety devices including load moment limiter, boom angle limiter, overwind protection, and wind speed monitoring.
Altogether, the Zoomlion QUY130 delivers solid lifting performance, modern hydraulic and safety systems, and practical modularity—making it an effective solution for heavy lifting in demanding site conditions.
