The ZCC18000-1 features highly efficient lifting mechanisms with the main and super-lift winches capable of speeds up to 162 m/min and 152 m/min respectively. The rope diameter for all winches is 32 mm, and advanced hoisting systems ensure lifting stability with elevation changes controlled within 0.5 meters. A single-button boom lowering function facilitates quick response in critical situations, reducing lowering times to under 20 minutes.

This model also includes robust safety features such as wide 9.8-meter crawler bases for improved stability, enhanced boom limits, angle detection, and position locking systems. The full crane is supported by a large 710-ton counterweight system and super-lift ballast up to 500 tons, with rotating and drive modules weighing 250 tons and 96 tons respectively.

The engine is a powerful Weichai WP17G770E302 diesel unit, outputting 566 kW at 2100 rpm, ensuring high energy efficiency even under continuous heavy load operations. Ground bearing pressure is optimized at 0.19 MPa, and individual track modules can transport 65 tons, allowing the crane to be mobilized effectively.
