Product Description
The Sany SRC550H rough terrain crane is built to provide powerful, reliable lifting performance and superior maneuverability on demanding job sites. Designed with a maximum lifting capacity of 55 tons, the SRC550H features a five-section telescopic boom that extends up to 43 meters. Coupled with a 16-meter jib, it achieves a maximum lifting height of 60.6 meters. The jib offers offset angles of 0°, 15°, and 30°, enabling quick adjustment between various working conditions and significantly improving operational efficiency.
To handle complex terrain and tight spaces, the SRC550H is equipped with a four-wheel drive system and four steering modes: front-wheel, rear-wheel, four-wheel, and crab steering. This setup, combined with a minimum turning radius of just 6.7 meters, ensures exceptional mobility, particularly valuable in confined or urban construction sites such as subway or infrastructure projects.
The crane employs an efficient, uniquely designed hydraulic system featuring load feedback and constant power control to deliver strong lifting capacity and smooth micro-movements. A unique steering buffer design also provides stable braking, enhancing operator comfort and machine control.
At the core of the SRC550H is Sany’s self-developed SYMC controller, built specifically for engineering machinery. This intelligent system uses CAN-bus full-digital network control technology for simple wiring, stable signals, high reliability, and real-time monitoring of the crane’s operating status. The system incorporates a load moment limiter with an accuracy of ±10%, comprehensive logic and interlock controls, and feedback mechanisms to ensure safe operation under varied conditions.
Safety is further enhanced by multiple mechanisms and devices: both the main and auxiliary winches feature over roll-out limiters to prevent excessive unwinding of the rope, while boom and jib ends are equipped with height limiters to prevent over-hoisting. A comprehensive intelligent protection system continuously monitors crane parameters and operational status, delivering timely alerts to the operator.
Altogether, the Sany SRC550H rough terrain crane combines robust lifting performance, advanced hydraulic and control systems, flexible steering modes, and integrated safety features, making it a versatile and reliable solution for heavy lifting in challenging construction and industrial environments.
