Tadano TR-200M

The Tadano TR-200M, branded as the “200PRO”, is designed to deliver efficient lifting performance in tight and demanding work sites. It has a maximum lifting capacity of 20 tons at a 3.5-meter radius and is equipped with a four-section boom that extends hydraulically from 8.5 to 26.8 meters. In addition, it offers a jib extension reaching 7.4 meters, which provides flexibility for various lifting applications, achieving a maximum lifting height of 34.5 meters with jib attached.

The TR-200M is powered by a Mitsubishi 6D14 water-cooled diesel engine, which generates 185 PS at 2,800 rpm and a maximum torque of 58 kg-m at 1,600 rpm. This power is transmitted through a 3-forward, 1-reverse speed transmission with torque converter, delivering smooth and responsive travel performance. The machine offers both 2-wheel and 4-wheel drive modes, with hydraulic power steering providing excellent maneuverability even in tight workspaces.

The crane achieves a maximum hoisting speed of 18.3 meters per minute and a swing speed of 3.4 rpm, while its boom elevation ranges from 0° to 82° in just 34 seconds, supporting quick and efficient operation cycles. The TR-200M features hydraulic dual pumps, automatic moment limiter safety systems, boom angle indicator, anti-two block device, and multiple redundant safety features to ensure secure operation at all times.

For travel performance, the crane reaches speeds up to 49 km/h, offers a minimum turning radius of 8.0 meters, and features a fully hydraulic braking system with primary and auxiliary brakes ensuring safety on and off-road. The crane measures 10.47 meters in overall length with a width of 2.49 meters, and offers excellent ground clearance and stability, thanks to its robust construction and well-distributed axle loads.
