Product Description

The HKTC 300HC, developed by Hankook Crane & Tech, is a hammerhead tower crane tailored for high-performance applications on medium to large construction projects. Engineered specifically for export, this crane delivers a maximum lifting capacity of 12 tonnes and supports jib lengths ranging from 31.67 meters to 70 meters, with corresponding slewing radii of up to 71.36 meters.

The crane’s structural design accommodates a modular tower section system, allowing it to be built up to significant freestanding heights. With up to 10 standard tower sections, the crane can reach a hoisting height of 56.2 meters, which can be extended further using the lower guide section and wall ties, adapting to site conditions.

The hoisting system is based on a WIW 281JX or WIW 281JX-K winch, rated at 65 kW, delivering variable lifting speeds of 8.0, 16.0, 50.0, and 95.0 m/min, depending on gear selection. The maximum hoisting height is 205 meters, supporting 7 rope layers. The crane also includes an inverter-controlled slewing system (KAW 180MZ), which enables precise movement at speeds up to 110 m/min, improving load handling efficiency.

The trolley system moves across the jib between 2.2 to 29.3 meters, depending on the jib configuration, offering fine positioning accuracy and rapid cycle times. Slewing performance is enhanced by dual DRW 160AZ slewing motors, each capable of 0.7 sl/min, providing reliable rotational control even in wind-sensitive or high-precision placements.

Designed for rail-mounted applications, the 300HC operates on a 6.0-meter track gauge, with a minimum curve radius of 12.5 meters. Its total dead weight on this undercarriage is approximately 85,000 kg, ensuring base stability. It includes two 6.3 kW travel motors, providing 25 m/min travel speed on level tracks, allowing repositioning without dismantling.

The electrical system requires a minimum generator capacity of 250 kW, with a total motor output of approximately 100 kW, taking into account a simultaneity factor of 0.8 for real-time operation.

Overall, the HKTC 300HC is engineered for demanding construction projects where load capacity, reach, and mobility are critical. Its modular build, efficient transport profile, and international-grade performance standards make it a strong choice for infrastructure, industrial, and commercial builds across varied environments.
