Raimondi LR372

The luffing movement, using the new 75 kW luffing winch, is equipped with the standard secondary emergency brake. The raise of the jib from 15° to 85° takes approximately 2.1 minutes with a full load. In terms of hoisting movement, the LR372’s new component has an installed power of 110 kW. With an 880-meter rope capacity and this winch, equipped with the standard auxiliary hydraulic emergency brake, the LR372 can reach a maximum lifting speed of approximately 250 meters per minute.

A new slewing mechanism is employed on this crane equipped with two 15 kW motors, allowing it to reach a slewing speed of 0.8 rpm fully controlled by the inverters.

One of the key aspects of the LR372 is that it may be installed on two different types of towers without the use of an adapter mast: for an internal climbing system, the new GR5H tower at a width of 2.0 meters, or the 2.3 meter width towers GR6 tower series (GR6B, GR6 and GR6L inclusive), for standard, external, and internal climbing configurations. All of the aforementioned towers are available in different lengths for easy crane configuration.

The GR6L towers can be installed on embedded legs and on an 8 x 8 in addition to the 6 x 6 meter strut cross base with or without travelling system. The GR5H towers can be installed on embedded elements, reusable base plates and on a 6 x 6 meter strut cross base.
